Province is an area on the estuary of the Happen and Maine rivers. The central area compounds one greater urban settlement. The area makes up of the three independt state-like banks of (from west) Happen Bank, Province Bank, and Creeklyn Bank. The banks are divided into subadministrative municipality-like funds.
